Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Ensure all furniture components, hardware, and assembly instructions are placed back into their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and schedule a convenient home pickup or drop the parcel off at a designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
